AFAIK you have two alternative solutions on Windows:

Both are open source and free, and neither are guaranteed to work with your particular audio setup but you can give them a try if you like.

LAB gets error with server, no results
Your app can’t stream to Huawei Sound (sees that, but can’t stream UpNP)

You could install Bubble UPNP server on the PC as a front-end to swyh-rs, this works with an Audiocast M5.
You define the Huawei as an UPNP endpoint in Bubble and you then stream to that endpoint in swyh-rs.
It might work with the Huawei too.

That Bubble doesn’t launch with proposed IP address :smirk:
