I just installed SWYH on my PC, it recognizes my Sonos play 3.
But when I launch music (swyh.mp3) the cut sound every 2 seconds?
I don’t know what to set to stop this problem.
I have left the default settings 48000 Hz, 16 bit, Stereo.

I am having a similar problem. Whenever I stream to my Sonos Play:3 it cuts out after 2-3 seconds. However if I play to my Sonos Play:One it seems to work fine.
Any help or advice much appreciated.
I think I have managed to get this to work without cutting out on my Sonos Play:3.
In SWYH, I went to the Tools > HTTP Live Streaming option and copied the URL.
In Sonos app on PC, I went to Manage > Add Radio Station and added the copied URL and gave it a unique name. The name “SWYH” may already exist, so choose a different name. Doesn’t really matter what, as long as it’s unique.
This will get saved in Sonos to the TuneIn > My Radio Stations library. Select the station to play on your desired Sonos device, and for me, this now plays uninterrupted!
