SWYH installer detected by VirusTotal

I downloaded the installer (SWYH_1.5.0.exe) and screened it on VirusTotal, and two positives were found:

SecureAge APEX - Malicious
MaxSecure - Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen

HAs this happened to anyone else? Are these false positives?
