Version of SWYH: 1.4 (build 16069)
After installing KB4506991, The 1.4 (build 16069) installer will go through the install process, but when executing throws an error:
SWYH.exe - This application could not be started.
This application requires one of the following versions of .NET Framework:
.NETFramework,Version=v4.0
It then asks if I want to install this .NET framework version now.
4.0 installers say that 4 is installed.
Rolling Back KB4506991 seems to fix the issue.
