I have SWYH running on a Windows 7 PC that is connected to the school’s network via a Cat5 cable. All seems well on that end. However, on a second PC running Windows 10, also directly connected to the school’s network, I experience dropouts and skipping. I’ve tried using VLC as well as Chrome and Firefox on the second PC. All experience the same ill effects. I’ve also tried running VLC on an iPad that connects to the school’s network via wifi and it also experiences the same dropout and skipping issues.
I’d like to offer a feature request. It would be nice to be able to set the IP address and port number within SWYH to ensure that a low traffic channel is being used.
